According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, a Cedar Bluff man was arrested on Monday, October 2, 2017, for electronic solicitation of a child.  Sheriff’s Office Investigator Michael Green arrested Clifford Michael Fitts, 50, as a suspect in electronically soliciting a child from Etowah County.  Fitts was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center where he awaits bond.
