According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, investigators arrested three individuals in Cedar Bluff on Friday for possession of illegal drugs.  Sheriff’s Office investigators were assisting Etowah County investigators in locating several items of stolen property on Lake Place Drive when they also located methamphetamine and marijuana.  D'Andre K. Autry, 18, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana-second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Khol L. Smith, 26, and Megan L. Patty, 25, were both charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana-second degree, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  The three were transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center where they await bond.
