Cherokee County Sheriff's Office Investigators Arrest Cedar Bluff Woman in Chemical Endangerment Case

  On Monday September 12, 2016, Sheriff's Office investigators executed a search warrant in the Cedar Bluff area, resulting in 2 drug arrests.  According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, investigators discovered methamphetamine inside the residence and charged Nina M. Herman, 22, and Austin K. Hubbard, 21, both of Cedar Bluff with unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Herman was also charged with chemical endangerment of a child as a result of a separate investigation.  Both were transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center.
