According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, investigators, acting on information from Cedar Bluff Police, obtained a search warrant for an apartment on Stone Drive in Cedar Bluff.   The officers executed the warrant on Wednesday, June 8, 2016, and found illegal drugs.  Patrick L. Fahy, 49, of Huntsville was arrested and charged with two counts of second degree unlawful possession of marijuana and two counts of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center.
