According to new information released from Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver and Centre Police Chief Kirk Blankenship the victim has been identified as 32 year old Melissa Leann Hudgins of a Cedar Bluff address. Investigators remain at the campus of GSCC as they continue to process the crime scene. The investigation is ongoing and more details will be released as they become available.
