According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, a fugitive wanted out of Pennsylvania was arrested Sunday near Mud Creek. Deputy Johnson stopped a vehicle for speeding on County Road 22 and identified a passenger in the vehicle as Benjamin Vadiz, who was wanted in Schuylkill County, PA, for 

Failure to Appear - Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Fentanyl and Failure to Appear - Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Vadiz was taken into custody without incident and is being held pending extradition.
