Sheriff's Office Executes Search Warrant in McCord's Community...

According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, Cherokee County deputies and investigators executed a search warrant at a residence on County Road 16 in the McCord's Crossroads community on Tuesday night.  The search warrant was obtained after an investigation into drug activity and as a result, three individuals were arrested from the residence on drug charges. Tiffany M. Reyes, 40 of Centre, was charged with two counts of trafficking methamphetamine and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, John E. Whitmire, 32 of Cedar Bluff, was charged with trafficking methamphetamine, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and attempting to elude, and Stephanie D. Warren, 48 of Centre, was charged with possession with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.  Deputies transported the three to the Cherokee County Detention Center. Investigators seized a significant amount of methamphetamine, cash and a firearm from the residence.
