A Centre man was arrested on Thursday in connection to breaking into boats at Bay Springs.  According to Sheriff Jeff Shaver, Brad E. Rowland, 42, was charged with three counts of unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle.  Rowland was also arrested on warrants for failure to appear for theft of property and unlawful possession of controlled substance.  The crimes took place over the past weekend and were reported to the Sheriff's Office on Monday. Sgt. Jordan Kelley signed warrants later in the week for the suspect.  The suspect remains in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
