According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, a resident in the Jamestown Community held 2 burglary suspects at gun point after catching the couple inside her home. The homeowner called 911 and Sgt. Sheldon Estes quickly responded to the scene. Sgt. Estes arrested 20 year-old Benjamin T. Roulane, of Summerville, Georgia, but the second suspect, Alexia McGuire, 18 of Summerville, fled the burglary scene when she saw the homeowner.

A warrant for burglary was sent to the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office and they took McGuire into custody Friday morning.  She will be extradited to the Cherokee County Detention Center.

Rowland was transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center for second degree burglary. Sheriff’s Office investigators also charged him with 3 counts of third degree burglary and second degree theft of property in connection with crimes that took place earlier in the week.
