According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, investigators arrested two Spring Garden men on Thursday, May 26, 2016, for drugs and other charges. John D. Hinton, 52, and Richard S. Bullock, 39, were taken into custody after deputies received a tip about the illegal activity.  Hinton is charged with first degree unlawful possession of marijuana, second degree unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a destructive device/detonator, and third degree domestic violence.  Bullock is charged with second degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.   

Both suspects were arrested and transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center.
