According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, Rikki L. Speakman, age 35, of Dover, Florida, was arrested by deputies in Sand Rock on Wednesday, February 4, 2016.  Sheriff’s Office investigators received information about the Florida fugitive and were able to locate him.  Speakman is wanted by Hillsborough County, Florida, authorities on a probation violation involving grand theft.  Speakman remains in the Cherokee County Detention Center awaiting extradition to Florida.
