According to Cherokee County Sheriff Jeff Shaver, a domestic dispute resulted in the arrest of a Forney man.  Josh K. Lambert, 20, has been charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle, who narrowly escaped injury, reported the incident to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.  The Calhoun County Violent Crimes Task Force also responded to the scene and assisted in the investigation.
